By using and/or accessing the Application, users confirm that they have read these General Conditions available by clicking on the following link https://www.iddsport.com/generalconditions and acknowledge accepting their terms.
More specifically, IDD Sport reminds users that given the importance of certain information contained in the application, users/riders, particularly with regard to data relating to their equipment and medical data, guarantee that the data provided and entered via the application is accurate and complete.
Processing of Personal Data
IDD Sport (LU35654208) undertakes to process your data* in compliance with the legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27 2016.
Please note that by registering for our app, you acknowledge that IDD Sport will process your personal data for various purposes (creating your account, allowing you to complete or upload content to the app, managing your subscription or fan zone) in accordance with our general terms of use (Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR). By completing certain pages of your profile, you also consent to the processing of certain data by IDD Sport (medical data and photographs – Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR), or to our sharing, in a pseudonymized form, data relating to your equipment with our partners (Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR).
At any time and in accordance with the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may withdraw your consent, obtain information about the processing carried out, rectify inaccurate data that IDD Sport may hold, erase data, or restrict processing. Under the same conditions, you may also object to the processing carried out by IDD Sport. To do so, you can send us an email to info@iddsport.com. IDD Sport will respond to your request as soon as possible.
